Agaete, la Galicia Canaria

Agaete is northwest of the island and has similarities in Galicia in part because of the location within the island but mainly for a time with more clouds than the rest and where fishing plays a key factor in addition to tourism. The architecture of the city is very homogeneous following the same pattern of Canarian-style wooden balconies and white houses with red tiles.
The beach is stone like almost all the beaches in the north and is in a small cove next to the cliffs. It is also curious that this beach is close to where cruise ships or catamarans dock.
There are also numerous restaurants around the beach where you can taste typical dishes of the island. The city is famous for its food and the use of all kinds of fish, since the port is hitting restaurants and there is a lot of traffic every day. Here I show an image of the famous fish grill accompanied by wrinkled potatoes.
